Llantwit24, Together in Kindness emerged in March 2023 as a group of people who were dismayed to hear that an extremist organisation based in the North of England were planning a protest in Llantwit Major. In response, we organised 24 hours of community action, rooted in kindness, and in the belief that our community is strong and healthy enough to contain a wide range of opinions, and rejects extremist agitation. Subsequently, in response to a follow up threat, we organised a plant share, with tea, coffee, and Welsh Cakes, which have become emblematic of our message of Welcome to All.

We continue to offer a message of kindness, welcome, and tolerance.
